QUEST FOR TRUTH WORKSHOP

The Christ's Ambassadors "Quest for Truth" workshop is a one day study designed to teach effective methods for one-on-one evangelism for every day life and to provide instruction on how to initiate and lead a home Bible study. Time for the workshop is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p. m.

The curriculum is geared for individuals who may have years of experience, or no experience in teaching the lost. This is a training workshop on methods. Methods used are DEVELOPING INTEREST of a person for Bible study and DISCOVERY LEARNING method of teaching the lost. This exciting workshop will also emphasize the importance of developing relationships, edifying one another, and discovering and building on the talents God has given each individual. It covers subjects such as:

☻ HOW TO START RELIGIOUS DISCUSSIONS WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS OR STRANGERS

☻ HOW TO CONTROL DISCUSSION

☻ ASSESSING THE "HEART CONDITION" OF PROSPECTS

☻ DEVELOPING A PERSON'S INTEREST IN A HOME BIBLE STUDY

☻ HOW TO GET DEFINITE APPOINTMENTS FOR HOME BIBLE STUDIES

☻ TEACHING EFFECTIVELY

☻ CREATING GODLY SORROW

METHOD USED

DISCOVERY LEARNING, USING THE QUEST FOR TRUTH STUDY GUIDES. IT IS DESIGNED TO HELP THE LOST TO DISCOVER THE TRUTH FROM GOD'S WORD AND SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A ONE-ON-ONE STUDY OF THE BIBLE.

RESULTS

THE "EQUIPPING THE SAINTS" COURSE HAS BEEN TAUGHT TO 13,000 STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAUGHT OVER 25,000 LOST SOULS WITH OVER 7,000 ADDED TO THE LORD'S CHURCH.

Dear Don,

I just wanted to write and tell you how much you and the Christ's Ambassadors means to me. As a gospel preacher, I have studied with and baptized over 200 people, but the effectiveness of those studies has increased significantly since I met you and learned this method of evangelism.

Since August of 1990, I have baptized 52 people using this method. I have never failed to baptize anyone with whom I studied using this system. I believe that it is the most effective way to get people into the Bible, and then into Christ. I am presently studying with several more people using the "Quest For Truth" Series.

I thank God for your good heart that desires to see the gospel preached all over the world. Godspeed in your work with Christ's Ambassadors.
